Global Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced

Contracts Manager to oversee multiple SFS / light gauge steel framing projects across Glasgow and the Central Belt. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing construction business with a strong project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

*

Manage multiple SFS / light gauge steel installation projects from start to completion.

*

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

*

Ensure projects are delivered on programme, safely, and to specification.

*

Liaise with main contractors and project stakeholders.

*

Monitor progress and carry out site inspections and quality checks.

Requirements

*

Experience in construction contracts or project management.

*

Knowledge of Light Gauge Steel / SFS systems (preferred).

*

SMSTS qualification.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Full UK driving licence.
