Join our Special Education Team this March and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people! Set on five acres, our school supports students aged 5-16 with Communication and Interaction difficulties. Many pupils have Autism traits (diagnosis not essential) and hold full EHCPs. They work towards mainstream milestones, including SATs and GCSEs. 

Who We're Looking For:

Experience supporting 1:1 or small groups in SEMH or complex needs settings

Bonus: training in Safeguarding, Makaton, PECS, Team Teach ✔️

Passion for nurturing social, emotional & mental health needs ❤️

Resilient, calm, flexible, with endless patience

Full-time commitment

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

Overseas Check if lived abroad for 6+ months in last 5 years

Up-to-date CV highlighting hands-on SEN experience

Ideally, previous SEMH school experience
