• Draft and review commercial property documents including leases, licences, and contracts
• Assist with title reviews, property searches, and due diligence enquiries
• Manage data rooms and handle Stamp Duty and Companies House filings
• Prepare Land Registry applications and respond to requisitions
• Handle billing, invoices, disbursements, and completion statements
• Support business development (e.g. blog writing) and ensure excellent client care
• Compile document bundles, manage post, and handle legal research

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 18 months of commercial property experience
• Knowledge of billing and strong organisational skills
• A collaborative spirit with great attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and flexible team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
