As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be a key part of the Development & Infrastructure Planning team, supporting project delivery across a range of sectors including logistics, retail, energy, and large-scale residential.

You'll contribute to:

• Preparing planning applications and planning statements

• Representing clients on appeals and development plan promotions

• Supporting Planning Directors and mentoring junior team members

• Strategic site promotion and policy work

• Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver commercially focused planning solutions

• MRTPI qualified or working towards

• Previous experience in consultancy or a similar environment

• Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Commercial awareness and confidence managing client relationships

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
