Role:General Operative

Location: Wetherby

Salary: £26,000 (increase after 3-month probation)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm

Key Responsibilities

• Check orders, handle correctly, maintain accuracy and ensure warehouse standards are met
• Prepare materials ready for production
• Process order cards and operate the warehouse
• Rectify stoppages, locate missing ends, and identify issues
• Run the full production process
• Maintain accurate documentation and understand yarn identification

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good practical skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, positive, and safety-conscious
• Experience within warehouse or production is useful but not essential

What You’ll Receive
