The Role:As Supply Chain Performance Manager, you will take ownership of performance frameworks, reporting, and improvement initiatives across the RUI region. Working closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams and Centres of Competence, you'll enhance visibility, improve reliability, and strengthen end-to-end supply chain capability. The role blends analytics, process optimisation, stakeholder engagement and strategic enablement - perfect for someone who can turn data into insight and insight into action.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, consistency and scalability across business units
• Use Lean, Six Sigma and structured improvement methodologies to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement
• Lead targeted initiatives to improve service performance, cost efficiency and supply chain reliability
• Support medium-term supply chain strategy development through robust analysis and insight
• Contribute to improved demand planning, production planning, fleet lifecycle and contractor performance
• Build effective working relationships across operational teams, support functions and external partners
• Design, maintain and improve dashboards and KPIs covering the full supply chain (OTIF, RIFOT, MAPE/Bias, CSM, stock accuracy, inventory turns, cost-to-serve)
• Present performance insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends and improvement opportunities
• Lead monthly performance reviews with root cause analysis and clear follow-up actions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards and safety requirements
• Support audit preparation and maintain accurate documentation, control mechanisms and performance frameworks
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in supply chain performance, planning, operations or continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and digital optimisation tools
• Track record of leading performance improvement programmes with measurable results
• Highly analytical with strong reporting, dashboarding and data interpretation skills
• Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders across multiple business units
• Experience working with KPIs such as DIFOT/CSM, OTIF, RIFOT, Forecast Accuracy (MAPE/Bias), Inventory Turns and cost-to-serve
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
