About the Teaching Assistant Role:

As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 5-7. Your primary focus will be on delivering booster sessions and interventions to help students achieve their academic potential. You'll work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support, particularly for children with additional needs or those requiring extra guidance in literacy and numeracy.

KS1 TA:We're looking for a compassionate and proactive individual with a genuine passion for education.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working with Key Stage 1 students, ideally in a teaching assistant or intervention role.

• Be confident in delivering small group and 1:1 booster sessions in literacy and numeracy.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

• Show a commitment to promoting inclusivity and supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
