Key Responsibilities

Provide CDM and Principal Designer services on a diverse portfolio

Review design risk and guide clients through compliance

Attend design team meetings and lead risk workshops

Manage your own workload and deadlines

Produce detailed, accurate safety and design documentation

Must-Have Requirements

Practical experience delivering CDM and PD duties

TechIOSH, GradIOSH or APS membership (or working toward)

Strong client-facing confidence

Knowledge across commercial and education sectors preferred

Ability to lead meetings and influence technical decisions
