Job Description



Our client has recently transitioned to Workday for its global HR Information system.  Taking this opportunity to re-evaluate their process to best utilize their systems, utilize effective and efficient processes, examine integration with local systems and ensure data integrity throughout.  Seeing an onsite Business Analyst to assist in this effort by analyzing and documenting processes and system usage.  Successful candidate will have demonstrated accomplishments in process and systems analysis, investigating issues to understand the root cause and interdependencies, proposing practical, balanced solutions and driving them through full adoption.  The candidate will utilize clear and concise written and verbal communication.



Job Description:

·         Analysis of processes and systems

·         Issue investigation, analysis and resolution

·         Propose and deliver practical solutions that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders

·         Manage multiple streams of work concurrently



·         HR Operations experience, BA Degree

·         Global, large corporation operations experience

·         Apply effective influence with systems, processes and decisions outside of direct control

·         Effectively question and challenge the status quo

·         Attentive to unintended consequences

·         Lightweight project management

·         Education and experience in process improvement methodologies

·         Independent worker who balances priorities, time, resource and influence to achieve maximum result

·         Analytical skills to measure data issues, processes issues, process improvement and adoption

·         Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
