About the Nursery Practitioner Role:

* Full-time: Monday to Friday

* Fixed Shifts: 07:15 - 17:00 and 09:00 - 18:45 (45 hours per week)

* Working Year: 51 weeks (we close for one week between Christmas and New Year)

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development through engaging activities, positive interactions, and consistent care. You will help maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment alongside a friendly team of early years professionals.

Requirements for the Nursery Practitioner Position:

* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is essential

* Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting

* A genuine passion for working with young children

* Strong teamwork and communication skills
