We are currently looking for an administrator to join one of our clients based in Ashford.
Very interesting and unique opportunity to work within a creative company.
You will need to have an excellent telephone manner as you will be dealing with high-end clients so will need to be able to confidently deal with any queries efficiently and effectively.
You will also need proven experience in:
· MS Office - must be proficient on Word, Excel and Outlook
· Procurement / Ordering supplies
A typical day at this company will involve you answering client queries, typing any delivery and collection notes up onto the system. Filing and general admin task will be part of your day to day agenda as well as Handling the procurement of all the products which are bought into the business. A confident phone manner is needed because you will also be tasked with general telephone duties liaising messages and queries from clients to colleagues.
In order to be able to work at this company, you must be able to use your own initiative and be flexible to work within a team, facing constant changing deadlines.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9 am until 5 pm with one hour unpaid for lunch.
Due to location, you will need to be able to drive.
