Care Support Workers Wanted - Morning Shifts | 7AM-10AM
Supporting Adults with Learning & Physical Disabilities

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We are currently recruiting dedicated and reliable Care Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults aged 18-40 years with learning and physical disabilities, including wheelchair users.

Personal care is required for all clients, but please note there is no challenging behaviour involved.

Location: Reading
Shifts: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM (perfect for early risers or as a top-up shift!)
Days: Weekdays/Weekends

What You'll Do:

Provide respectful and dignified personal care

*

Assist with morning routines including washing, dressing, and mobility support

*

Encourage independence and a positive start to the day

*

Support clients in a calm, friendly, and professional manner

Requirements:

*

Experience in care is essential

*

Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to care

*

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
