We’re hiring Forklift Counterbalance Operators in Blagrove, West Swindon! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse environment where you’ll be part of a reliable, hard-working team.

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading pallets

• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse

• General warehouse duties when required

• Overtime paid after 40 hours per week (£14.75 per hour)

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence

• Previous forklift experience

• Good awareness of health & safety in a warehouse environment

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• £13.75 per hour (increasing to £14.75 after 40 hours weekly)

• £100 Monthly Attendance Bonus

• Monday–Friday shifts (rotating 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)

• Long-term, ongoing work with potential to go permanent
