Our client, a growing garden product company in Gloucester, requires an experienced customer service/ administrator to join their team.
The job would start as part time with the possibility of full time work after a successful trial period.
Hours and Rate of Pay
- Monday-Friday
- 08:30-17:00
- £12.21 per hour
The role would start off at 2 or 3 days a week then progress to full time.
The Role
- Preparation and completion of sales orders, invoices and credit notes to agreed lead-times.
- Booking transport requirements with existing logistics providers.
- Setting up of new accounts on internal system.
- Processing damages ensuring stock levels are correct.
- Booking in containers and stock as required.
- Providing Financial administrative support as required.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
