This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing office with a supportive environment, clear progression pathways, and strong earning potential.The RoleAs a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.Key Responsibilities:

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting the team in winning instructions
• Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Whetstone
