Job Description

Technical Service Manager


Responsible for the national and international after sales

-              Planning and execution of  targeted market, sales and profit goals

-              Previous experience in sales process as well as technical support of the sales process

-              Ability to manage/lead technical resources

-              Creation of the annual after-sales budget and strategy planning

-              Design and ensure compliance with established policies, plans, programs, pricing policies and conditions of sale

-              Expansion of service structures, redesign and implementation of innovative service concepts

-              Design strategy and execution of continued growth

-              Design process to increase the productivity and performance of the targeted market



Bachelor’s Degree or certified training in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering field with international sales experience in manufacturing company

Min. 5 Years professional experience

Lead and direct team of 2-5 employees

Willingness to travel 30-40% required

Willingness to go to Germany for technical product training required (2-3 weeks)

Ability to speak and/or understand German Language is a plus

Robotics, supply chain, factory/manufacturing experience is highly preferred



-              MS Office

-              Fluent in English (written and verbal)

-              Previous knowledge and experience managing client relationships

-              Strong customer orientation

-              Willingness to travel internationally

-              Assertiveness and confidence

-              Organizational skills

-              Valid Driver’s License
