We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves working across various key stages, providing both one-to-one support and group assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Support the social and emotional development of students, acting as a mentor.
• Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Adapt resources to meet the needs of students with varying disabilities and learning needs.
• Facilitate small group sessions as well as one-to-one support sessions.

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in working 1:1 and with small groups of students with SEN.
• Understanding of the educational needs and challenges faced by students with SEN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A compassionate and patient approach to handling challenging situations.
• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are preferred.
