Vivid are currently working with a Local Authority in the North West looking for an interim Estates Surveyor immediatly.

The requirements are:

* MRICS - highly preferred but could consider non-RICS qualified - please make this obvious on your CV's

* Registered Valuer - preferable, but not essential

* Local authority experience/working with local authorities - high preference

* Type of work - general estate management, growth programme, asset valuations, small disposals

* Rate Non-Negotiable - £42.5 per hour for qualified surveyor or £39.10 per hour for non-qualified

* Inside IR35

Hybrid working - office/site inspections as workload requires but minimum is one day in the office per week
