Groundworker - Hampshire (Tier 1 to Southern Water)

Competitive hourly rateWe are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our Tier 1 Southern Water team in Hampshire. The role involves a mix of reactive diversion work, R&M on wastewater assets, and planned installs on the foul network. You'll work on live, under-pressure water pipes, excavate safely, and help lay new pipeline sections.

Responsibilities:

General groundworks, excavation, and reinstatement

Reactive diversion and repair & maintenance tasks

Working on under-pressure water pipes

Laying and connecting new foul water pipe sections

Ensuring safe and compliant site practices

Requirements:

Groundworks experience (utilities/water preferred)

Comfortable with excavation and live water networks

CSCS, NRSWA, CPCS/NPORS desirable

Full UK driving licence preferred
