• Deliver tailored, engaging lessons designed around the individual needs of pupils with ASC and additional needs

• Promote independence, life skills and communication development in every aspect of school life

• Work closely with experienced support staff, therapists, and families to provide a consistent and positive environment

• Be part of a team that values resilience, creativity and practical problem-solving

• Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEND or a strong desire to specialise in this area

• Confidence working with children with ASC, sensory needs, and complex communication differences

• Someone calm, consistent, and solutions-driven, who enjoys working as part of a structured team

• A practical, hands-on approach to teaching and behaviour management

• A well-resourced, supportive environment where every day brings new challenges and achievements

• Ongoing training, including specialist approaches for Autism and Complex Needs
