What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years' proven experience within children's residential care.
• A relevant NVQ Level 3 or ideally Level 4 in Children's Residential Workforce.
• A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding best practices.
• A highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to your work.
• Exceptional people management skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Experience managing budgets and rotas effectively.
• A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
• Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-in duties to meet the needs of the children.

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services and contributing to strategic planning for the home's development.
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the home.
• Leading and inspiring your team, working collaboratively with other professionals to provide therapeutic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Acting as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, fostering trusting relationships that promote recovery, growth, and lasting positive change.
• Supervising and mentoring staff, managing work patterns, facilitating care-focused training, and coordinating access to necessary support services.
