This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Service Engineer to join a well-established business that specialises in maintaining mission-critical air conditioning and chiller equipment. With a mobile engineering team of 45+ professionals and strong operational support from two offices, this company is growing steadily and offers fantastic long-term prospects for driven individuals.

About the Role
You'll work closely with the wider engineering team while also managing your own projects independently. From VRV/VRF systems and CRAC units to split/multi-split systems and chilled water FCUs, you'll be expected to deliver high-quality service, fault finding, and compliance across a broad HVAC portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

Independently service and maintain split/multi-split, DX, CW FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and CRAC units
Carry out PPMs, breakdown response, and advanced fault finding
Compile accurate dilapidation reports and service documentation
Ensure compliance with industry standards and H&S regulations
Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and internal collaboration

What We're Looking For

Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
F-Gas Category 1 certified
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and attention to detail
Comfortable using manufacturer service software and working with performance data
Bonus: experience with chillers, AHUs or refrigeration systems
