We at Northbuild are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker who has great knowledge of drainage & external works on New Build Properties with Dumper licence to join our workforce on a highly acclaimed Luxury Residents site in Lancaster.

A large reputable Property Developer require an experienced Groundworker with Dumper ticket to join their project in Lancaster immediately and assist with its continued progress. Candidates must be adept in all aspect of groundworks and associated tasks.

Duties & Roles required within the role are:

- To build up levels, laying block and beam

- Complete trenching works & excavating

- Laying flags & kerbs and associated tasks

CPCS / NPORS Dumper Licence is essential.
