Civil Engineer

Location: Wales (South Central)

Salary: £36,246 rising to £39,942

Hours: 37 hrs per week

Contract: Permanent

Yolk Public Sector are working with a leading environmental organisation delivering large-scale forestry and infrastructure projects across Wales. This is a great opportunity for a Civil Engineer to step into a role with real environmental impact.

The Civil Engineer will:

Managing forest road construction, upgrades and maintenance
Overseeing contractors and ensuring safe, compliant delivery
Inspecting roads, bridges, quarries and infrastructure
Supporting project planning, budgeting and delivery
Producing drawings and technical documentation

What we're looking for:

Civil engineering experience (infrastructure, highways or similar)
Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations
Experience with AutoCAD and project planning tools
Strong stakeholder and contractor management skillsDesirable:

Experience in rural, forestry or environmental projects
Knowledge of drainage, bridges or quarry operations
