We're on the hunt for a Mechanical & Electrical Projects Manager to oversee vital installation and repair projects from start to finish—ensuring thousands of homes remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained. This is a chance to take ownership of technical programmes and bring your project management skills to the forefront in a role that truly matters.

What you'll be doing:

Leading M&E repair and installation projects, managing contractors, consultants, timelines, and budgets
Writing technical specifications and drawings for electrical works
Investigating incidents and producing high-quality reports
Carrying out inspections and audits to ensure legal and safety compliance
Acting as the go-to technical expert across mechanical and electrical systems
Supporting the continuous improvement of safety protocols and emergency response proceduresWhat we're looking for:

Degree (or equivalent experience) in electrical or mechanical engineering
Deep understanding of IEE wiring regulations and M&E compliance standards
Strong experience with systems like fire alarms, CCTV, door entry, and heating
Proven record of managing complex M&E contracts and getting results
Ability to lead and inspire others, even without direct line managementBonus points if you also have:

Experience in housing or public sector environments
Confidence with budget monitoring and reporting
