We're partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their collaborative, fast-paced Early Careers team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, shaping talent pipelines, and creating exceptional candidate experiences across multiple UK offices. This role is based in Birmingham City Centre.
Description
- Building, managing and nurturing high-quality talent pipelines
- Coordinating graduate hiring activity across multiple teams and UK locations
- Hosting and supporting careers events, insight sessions and university engagement
- Designing and running selection processes and assessment centres
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless end-to-end process
- Helping shape the next generation of future talent in a people-centric, high-touch environment
Profile
- Early careers recruitment experience
- Previous experince of working in a professional services environment
- Confidence running events, assessment centres and large-scale attraction activities
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes at pace
- A proactive, relationship-driven approach with excellent communication skills
- Someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in a busy, high-visibility role
Job Offer
