What You’ll Do As Finance Business Partner:

• Partner with key departments to drive business initiatives and financial strategy.
• Own monthly financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Deliver real-time analytics and reporting with data-driven insights.
• Optimize working capital and collaborate with operations to improve efficiencies.
• Present financial insights to leadership and contribute to business growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of finance business partnering experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance colleagues.
• Proficiency in financial forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
