Hybrid working: a couple of days a month in the office

I'm working with a respected joinery subcontractor known for delivering high-end, bespoke joinery across residential, commercial, and fit-out projects in London. With a strong reputation for quality and attention to detail.

The Role

As a Joinery Estimator, you'll be key to the pre-construction process, pricing up detailed, bespoke projects and ensuring accuracy throughout. You'll:

Review drawings and tender documents

Prepare cost estimates covering materials, labour, and subcontractors

*

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the internal team

*

Negotiate to secure competitive pricing

*

Provide clear financial reporting to support project delivery

What You'll Need

*

Estimating experience in joinery or fit-out

*

2/3 + years estimating experience

*

Strong knowledge of joinery processes and materials

*

Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
