What You'll Be Doing:

* Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager and wider embryology team to deliver high-quality services in full compliance with HFEA and CQC regulations.

* Provide exceptional patient-focused care, engaging with patients throughout their fertility journey and ensuring clear, compassionate communication.

* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation in both laboratory practice and team performance.

What You'll Bring:

* Qualified Clinical Embryologist with solid hands-on experience in fertility treatments.

* Biopsy training is essential.

* ICSI training and HCPC registration are desirable but not mandatory.

* We welcome ambitious Embryologists ready to step into a Senior or Deputy Laboratory Manager role.

* Applications are encouraged from professionals with backgrounds in both the NHS and independent sectors.
