As a Business Analyst, you'll play a central role in that journey, helping us turn insights into improvements and change into opportunity. You'll also be part of our dedicated Business Analysis Team, working collaboratively to share knowledge, strengthen best practice, and deliver high quality, people focused solutions.

About the role
As a Business Analyst, you'll help shape meaningful change - turning insight into smarter systems, clearer processes, and smoother experiences for our colleagues who rely on them every day.

This is a role where analytical thinking meets human impact. You'll dive into data, map out problems, and define requirements - while supporting and guiding teams through change so they feel confident, informed, and engaged as new ways of working are introduced. As a transformation ambassador, your ability to influence, motivate, and communicate will be just as important as your technical skill.

You'll bring:
* Relevant Business Analyst Qualification.
* GCSE or equivalent qualification at grade C or above.
* Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst.
* Demonstratable knowledge and or experience of project management.
* A commitment to Equality and Diversity.
