Senior to Associate level Civil EngineerSalary: £50k - £70k DoELocation: Birmingham Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer ready to take ownership of projects and step into a more senior, influential role? A well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is growing its Birmingham team and looking to appoint a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use developments across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led business where you will lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.The RoleYou will be responsible for leading infrastructure design and delivery across a range of development schemes, working closely with clients, local authorities and internal teams.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own projects from feasibility through to construction
• Leading the production of drainage, highways and infrastructure designs
• Preparing and reviewing S38, S278 and S104 submissions
• Producing planning and technical design packages
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders and approving authorities
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
• Contributing to team management and project delivery

What They’re Looking For

• Min 5 years’ experience in infrastructure or civil engineering
• Strong background in residential development projects
• Solid knowledge of UK drainage and flood risk design
• Experience with S38, S278 and S104 approvals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Causeway PDS and drainage software
• Confident communicator with strong project ownership
