Required background: Retirement

Our client is one of the UK's leading 5-star developers who, with sites spanning across Beds, Bucks and Herts, are looking to appoint an experienced Engineering / Technical specialist following a recent round of internal promotions.

Working closely with both the Technical Director and Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both the pre-development and delivery of all live schemes across the region with a particular focus on Section Agreements, Bonds, and Adoptions. Along with a focus on Engineering, this role has genuine scope to move into a broader Technical remit and would therefore suit someone who is looking to expand their skillset beyond Engineering.

The ideal candidate will couple a Civil Engineering background with a 2-3 years' experience with a Housebuilder as well as having a strong network within local authorities across the patch.
