Client Manager – Accountancy Location: Banbury / Stratford (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + excellent benefits We’re looking for an experienced Client Manager to join a growing accountancy practice, managing a varied portfolio of clients and supporting the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity to combine technical delivery, client contact, and team leadership.What we’re looking for:

• ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years’ practice experience in accounts and tax
• Strong technical knowledge in accounts preparation and review
• Experience reviewing and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work to deadlines in a client-facing environment
• Must live within commuting distance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounts, tax, and advisory support
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients and respond promptly to queries
• Review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance
• Identify opportunities for business planning and tax advice
• Support team workflow, development, and supervision
• Ensure compliance deadlines are met
