Key Responsibilities:

Review and sign off final documentation for leak valves
Maintain accurate and organised records
Assist with administrative tasks to support compliance and quality processes
Ensure documentation meets required standards and is completed within deadlines
Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for document completion 
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Previous administrative experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Knowledge of machining or assembly processes would be a distinct advantage
Highly organised and methodical
Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Positive, team-oriented attitude
