Pay: £13.50ph

We are seeking a warm, dependable, and experienced Support Worker to provide home and community-based support to a young child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This rewarding role is about building trust, encouraging development, and supporting the child to thrive both at home and out in the community.

About the Role:

You'll support the child with everyday routines at home and help them engage safely in local activities and outings. This could include support with emotional regulation, building social skills, and accessing playgroups, parks, or sensory-friendly spaces. Structure, patience, and a calm presence are key.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience supporting children with ASD in home or community settings

Confident working one-on-one in a family's home

Encouraging, adaptable, and consistent

Enhanced DBS required (or willing to obtain)
