Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for transforming young lives? We are looking for an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our 4-bed home in Darwen, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong, supportive leadership to staff and young people
Ensure the home meets Ofsted standards and achieves excellence in care
Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive
Take the lead on safeguarding and care planning responsibilities
Build positive relationships with families, external professionals, and the community
Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional standards of care
About You

NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards it)
Experience managing or deputising in a children's residential setting
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted frameworks
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
Resilience, passion, and a genuine commitment to improving children's lives
