Quality Manager – Health and Social Care – Field Based in RoI and NI

Are you experienced in the Health and / or Social Care sector? Do you have excellent operational experience and proven quality management skills or auditing experience, together with a working knowledge of the Health Service Executive (HSE) and the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) and / or The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA)? If so, we want to hear from you! A clinical or nursing background would be highly desirable.

To help us with this journey, we need an experienced Quality Manager who has extensive knowledge of the health and social care industry.

Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager you will coordinate with franchisees and their managers daily to encourage service compliance and quality improvement and regulatory excellence within each office. This role is home based but you will responsible for a large territory covering the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Travel to multiple sites and the ability to spend some nights away is a must. This role is pivotal to the success of these territories and you will be responsible supporting the development of detailed compliance and quality improvement plans for individual businesses. The Quality Manager will be able to demonstrate their knowledge and experience of meeting regulations and service excellence in multi-site models and have extensive experience in the health and social care sector.

Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Upholding the quality and compliance within each franchise in your territory
- Work closely with the business owners to enable and empower them for success and the pursuit of excellence
- Travelling to franchise offices to conduct compliance audits and quality monitoring visits
- Compile and implement improvement plans
- Keeping up to date with any relevant knowledge within the care sector
- Building relationships and working with the franchise owners and their teams.
- Working as part of the larger Compliance and Quality team of the Franchise Support Centre to establish guidelines implement the Ireland Quality Strategy for the entire network
- Provide consultation and direction to the network to ensure service provisions are implemented to the highest standards and customers receive the highest level of care
