We are expanding our Planned Works division and looking for a Project Sales Manager to join our team. This is a key, customer-facing role where you'll conduct detailed surveys, build strong relationships, and guide clients through designing and planning their ideal kitchen or bathroom.

About the Role

As our Project Sales Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for customers planning new kitchen or bathroom installations across London. You will:

Carry out detailed site survey visits
Understand customer needs, lifestyles, and design preferences
Provide tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals
Support customers through product choices, layouts, and installation options
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery
Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer serviceThis is a varied role that blends design consultation, sales expertise, and hands‑on project understanding.

What We're Looking for this Project Sales Manager

Experience in kitchen, bathroom, KBB, home improvement, or planned works sales
Strong surveying skills and a good eye for detail
Ability to build trust through excellent communication and customer service
A consultative sales approach - not just selling, but problem‑solving
Confidence in managing your own pipeline and hitting targets
Full UK driving licenceIf you've worked as a Sales Surveyor, KBB Sales Designer, Field Sales Consultant, Planned Works Manager, or similar, we would love to speak with you.
