Full-Time Admin/Billing Assistant

Job Description

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

*Customer service (in relation to billing; no sales) via phone and email
*Basic accounting using QuickBooks
*Receiving orders and processing invoices (main responsibility)
*Heavy volume invoicing

Candidate Requirements/Expectations:

*Must have excellent customer service skills and experience
* Attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Available (and desire to work) 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday during scheduled hours
*Motivated, driven, and high expectations for one's self
*Must be able to pass financial and criminal background check (we will cover the expense)

*Can remain focused; not a talker or easily distracted
*Being punctual and serious about the task at hand
*High level of personal integrity and high standards for self and work performance
*Realizes that others will depend on you for your part of helping this business succeed


*10:00-6:30 Monday-Friday
*$12+ based on experience
*Paid holidays and vacation hours accrual after 90-day probationary period
*Medical insurance available after 90-day probationary period
*Quarterly Bonuses (based on performance and company success).
