Foreman - Groundworks Contract (Birmingham)

We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman to join a well-established groundworks contractor with an ongoing project in Birmingham. This role offers long-term work on a variety of civils projects.

Role responsibilities:

Supervising groundworks gangs across multiple sites

*

Managing external works and off-site drainage installations

*

Coordinating with site management and subcontractors

*

Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec

*

Maintaining site records, health & safety, and progress reports

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Foreman on groundwork/civils projects

*

Valid SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)

*

Able to read technical drawings and manage teams on site

*

Good communication and leadership skills

Location: West Midlands
Start date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing, long-term work
Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
