A company in Brassington, near Matlock is looking for Production Operatives to join their established team.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, rota-based
• 6:00am - 14:30pm / 14:00pm - 22:30pm
• Rotating shifts

Pay:

• £12.40 per hour - Days
• £14.26 per hour - Afters

Duties:

• Carrying out production line tasks such as weighing, packaging, and labelling products.
• Operating machinery and performing quality checks.
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure the efficient and safe production of goods.

Experience:

• Due to the site location (Brassington, Derbyshire), own transport is required.
• Applicants must be available to work on a shift rotation basis (days and afternoons).
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be highly desirable.
• Some aspects of the role require lifting completed bags and stacking pallets by hand.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
