About the Role

Position: SEND Teaching Assistant

Location: Primary School, OL2 - Oldham

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, long-term

Key Responsibilities

Provide targeted support to SEND pupils in the classroom and through tailored interventions

Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver individual learning plans

Encourage pupils' progress, independence, and confidence

About You

Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (essential)

Experience: Previous SEND experience in a Primary School setting

Personal Qualities: Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
