Are you an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a leading manufacturer based in Cambridge that is seeking a skilled individual to join their growing team.

You'll play a key role in the hands-on assembly and testing of high-quality products, ensuring health and safety standards are met and production targets are achieved. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electro-mechanical components using detailed work instructions and documentation.
Diagnose and fault-find issues with returned units (RMAs), including testing and repair at PCB component level.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in line with health and safety protocols.
Support the introduction of new products and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure ERP systems and work order records are accurately maintained.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational and quality issues.
Support Lean Manufacturing practices and help drive process improvements.About You:

Previous experience in an electro-mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment.
Confident in reading and interpreting assembly documentation and schematics.
Able to fault-find and rework PCBs to IPC standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable using ERP/MRP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
