Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead for a Private Care Provider based in Solihull, West Midlands  

Our client is looking for a full time Clinical Lead to work week days, with weekends as required along with an on call, on a rota basis. They are offering a very competitive rate, excellent training and development and job satisfaction.
As a Clinical Lead you have responsibility for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure delivery of an excellent standard of care which promotes independence, dignity and respect and positively enhances the lives of the residents living in the nursing home.
