Our outstanding opportunity school in Hounslow is seeking a Dedicated Geography Teacher to join their high-achieving 11-18 school. The successful candidate, a Geography Teacher, will teach Geography from KS3 to KS5. The department is well-resourced, offering a modern and engaging Geography curriculum. This Geography Teacher role is ideal for someone passionate about Geography education. TLR opportunities are possible for the right Geography Teacher to lead Geography initiatives. Location: Hounslow Role: Geography Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) Start Date: September TLR: Possible for the right Geography Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5 Geography).

* Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for Geography concepts and geographical skills.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Geography curriculum.

* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Geography.

* Potentially contribute to extracurricular Geography activities or fieldwork projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Degree in Geography or a related field.

* Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).

* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography education.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in Geography.

* Demonstrated leadership potential and a willingness to contribute to the department (for TLR consideration for Geography).
