Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Yorkshire (mobile role - commercial sites only)
Pay Rate: £20 - £22 per hour (depending on experience) - Door-to-door pay

About Us:
We are a specialist recruitment agency working in partnership with a well-established HVAC and facilities management company. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to cover commercial sites across Yorkshire.

The Role:
This is a mobile Air Conditioning position working exclusively on commercial properties such as offices, retail units, schools, and public sector buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, and maintenance of a range of air conditioning systems, ensuring high standards and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, service, and maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems

* Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Attending reactive breakdown call-outs

* Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations

* Completing job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer (commercial experience essential)

* Valid F-Gas certification

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Willingness to undergo a DBS check (essential for site access)
