As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in building relationships with schools and education professionals. You'll be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment cycle - from sourcing top teaching talent to matching them with the right schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and education staff

*

Source, interview and place candidates into temporary and permanent education roles

*

Manage job vacancies, candidate pipelines, and school requirements

*

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

*

Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

*

Stay up to date with compliance and safeguarding regulations

What We're Looking For:

Experience in recruitment (education sector preferred, but not essential)

*

Strong sales and business development skills

*

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

*

Resilience, ambition, and a proactive attitude

*

Knowledge of UK safeguarding and vetting procedures (advantageous)

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
