Teach Now is proud to be working with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Cheshunt, currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team. The Role:

As a HLTA, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2. You'll be leading small group sessions, covering classes during teacher absence, and delivering pre-planned lessons. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who thrives on responsibility and is looking to progress within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons across KS1 and KS2 under teacher direction
• Provide tailored support for pupils with varied learning needs
• Assist with planning, preparation and assessment where required
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate closely with class teachers and SENCO

• HLTA qualification or significant experience working in a similar role
• Confident in leading whole class sessions
• A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
