Daily Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative / Sales Associate:

  • Meet and retain existing customers- You are the face of our client!
  • Manage leads for Fortune 15 telecom client
  • Assist customers in 1-1 based sales environment
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Train in human resources, recruiting and administration
  • Learn management training and leadership development

 

Individuals who excel in the Sales Representative / Sales Associate role will be afforded opportunity to advance into management roles within the company, into areas like human resources, sales management, business administration, business management, and operational management.

We promote growth from within and encourage our sales team to work together to reach the goals of our Fortune 15 telecommunications client. Team based sales training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top sales managers. We also offer specialized sales and marketing training that will prepare individuals to work with customers and provide a unique and pleasant sales experience. Overall we are looking promotes gaining quality customers and long term customer loyalty time and time again.

Requirements for Entry Level Sales Representative / Sales Associate:

  • Sales experience helpful but not required
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or management
  • Bachelor's degree Associates Degree with be sufficient with relevant work experience
  • Personable and Professional
  • 1-2 years of sales, retail and or marketing experience is a bonus
  • Examples of leadership in education or work experience
  • Excellent student mentality and willingness to learn
