Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager you will learn the Title Tree culture and how we are different in the title pawn business. You will learn from the ground up and understand how you fit into our great organization to assure your future success. Your hands on training will teach you valuable business skills from industry leading Branch Managers.
You will play a huge part in sales & marketing which heavily impacts growth in revenue and customer service to achieve five-star satisfaction boosting retention and repeat business. As an Assistant Store Manager, you are empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line. You will gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You will be responsible for understanding cost control, reading your branch's income statement and understanding what it takes to run a profitable branch. You will also learn how to deliver superior customer service. We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, business partners, and fellow staff members. You will learn proper sales techniques to problem solving and conflict management. Those skills will provide you with the opportunity to market to customers in your community and local business partners to build solid, long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers. In your development to become a successful Branch Manager at Title Tree, you will learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own.
Responsibilities:* Meeting or exceeding growth and collection goals for branch* Resolving customer issues and making alternate arrangements as needed* Effectively communicating the terms, conditions, and expectations of all contracts to new customers* Generating new business through proactive field marketing and meeting store growth goals
Qualifications:* High school degree or GED equivalent* Effective verbal and written communication skills* One or more years experience in a leadership role* Works well in team environments* Shows initiative to meet or exceed store goals* Bilingual Spanish is ideal, but not required* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and safe driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.* Title Pawn experience is preferred
